Delivery
At Trophies Direct we pride ourselves on making sure your goods arrive on time. We ask all customers to provide us with a Presentation Date to enable us to ensure this. Our standard delivery time is within 5-10 working days from the date we receive your order. If for any reason we are unable to delivery your goods on time, we will contact you in advance to inform of the anticipated arrival date.
All orders will be sent via an overnight carrier and will require to be signed for. This could be either a home or work address. We recommend that if you are unsure whether you will be at home, that you choose a business address to be on the safe side. An email will be sent on the date your items are despatched from us with a tracking number.
You may track the progress of the delivery on-line. If you have any special delivery requirements or would like to see about an express delivery, we advise you call us and we will see what we can do. We are always more than happy to help.
