Offer and Acceptance

By completing and submitting your electronic order, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.

All prices shown on this website are inclusive of the current rate of VAT.

Content

We endeavour to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, there may be instances when errors occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product which has been ordered we reserve the right to cancel the purchase up until the time it has been delivered.

Product Information

Please be aware that all sizes are approximate and are given to us in good faith from our suppliers. The size of all items will always be taken from its very highest to lowest point.

Availability of Goods

We keep a regular check on stock levels however; unfortunately there are times in busy periods where an item may be out of stock. If this is the case we will inform you and offer you a replacement of a similar or greater value or of course refund the purchase.

Cancelling and Returning a Purchase

As a customer you are protected by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This act was passed to protect consumers when they shop online or enter into other contracts at a distance from the supplier. The rationale for giving consumers special protection in such deals is that the consumer does not have the benefit of meeting face-to-face with the supplier and inspecting the goods or services offered for sale. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel a purchase up to 7 days from the date of receiving the delivery. We would expect any item to be returned as new in its original packaging. As the customer, you are wholly responsible for taking care of any purchased goods whilst in possession and are liable for the cost and safe arrival of returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Any goods will be of your responsibility once they have been delivered. It is your responsibility to check for damages or breakages. These should be reported within 7 days to comply with Distance Selling Regulations. We take all precautions to ensure the safe delivery of your products, and all items go through several checking procedures to ensure they are sent out accurate and correctly engraved.

Items engraved on to directly cannot be changed or returned unless the fault is proved to be ours. We cannot also be liable for engraving errors due to incorrect information and/or spellings supplied by the customer. Replacements in this situation will be provided at cost. In the unlikely event that a mistake is made by the company, we will replace the item free of charge. We hope this is never the case.
